The best food experience we have ever had by far. I’m certainly not a food critic, or an expert but I’ve eaten at some of Melbourne’s best restaurants such as Vue de Mende, Rockpool, Chin Chin etc etc and the quality of food plated by Marco Dazzan was best we have ever had. In addition, Marco, was our waiter and food orator, providing a background to each meal, the ingredients and method of cooking. He presented in a very professional, friendly and engaging manner, and when he left the kitchen was spotless. For an incredible food experience you would be hard pressed to find a better Chef, and person than Marco.
